Shipping & Returns.
Full T&Cs are being finalised with legal. The working terms below apply in the interim — talk to us if you need anything in writing for a project tender.
Dispatch
Orders confirmed and paid for before 12:00 Mon–Fri dispatch the same business day from our Sandton warehouse. Orders after the cut-off dispatch the next business day. Public holidays follow the SA calendar.
Couriers + delivery
We use multiple courier partners depending on weight, value and destination. Joburg & Pretoria typically same-day or next-day; coastal next-day on most routes. Tracking numbers are emailed at dispatch.
Counter collection
Walk-in collection from 49 Galaxy Avenue, Linbro Business Park, Sandton. Counter closes 16:30 Mon–Fri. Bring your order number.
Returns + RMA
Faulty units — email returns@switchcom.co.za with the SKU, serial and a short fault description. We carry the vendor RMA on your behalf; replacement-first on most stocked SKUs for accounts in good standing. Vendor warranty periods apply.
Goods not yet dispatched
Cancellations are free until dispatch. After dispatch, refer to the Returns section.
