Delivery Policy.
How we get stock from our Sandton counter to your site. Final policy is being finalised; the working terms below apply.
Couriers we use
We use a small panel of vetted courier partners depending on weight, value, destination and lead-time. Selection is automatic at order processing; customer-specific preferences can be set on your trade account.
Indicative lead times
Same-day for confirmed Joburg / Pretoria orders before 12:00. Next-day for most other Gauteng addresses. 1–3 business days to coastal centres and main regional towns. Outlying addresses on quote.
Delivery costs
Charged at courier-cost-plus on retail orders. Trade accounts have negotiated rates and may opt into nominated-day or specific-time delivery on quote.
Insurance + claims
Goods are insured in transit to declared value. Damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of receipt, ideally with delivery photos.
Bonded + cross-border
We can arrange bonded delivery to Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique on quote. Lead time and pricing depend on customs and SARS clearance.
